How to Change Resolution in PUBG Mobile with Config

Hello survivor! One of the most problems with lagging is caused by the resolution, more highest the resolution is more lag to bring to your devices! You need to set the low resolution in PUBG Mobile to reduce lag and play smoothly if your device has a low-end specification.

So, I will give you a tutorial on how to change the game resolution (PUBG Mobile) using a config called “UserEngine.ini”. In the previous post, I’ve given you a tutorial on how to use iPhone 8+ view, so we gonna do some modifications of the resolution for this time.

In PUBG Mobile, you can use some resolution like 360p, 480p, 500p, 540p, 680p, 700p, 720p, and 144op. If you wanna change your default PUBGM’s resolution, just dive into the tutorial below.

How to Change the Resolution with this Config?

 

  • First, download the UserEngine.ini above
  • After downloading the file, You can extract it
  • You’ll found some files with the list of the resolution, pick one of them
  • Copy that “UserEngine.ini” to >>>>

For PUBG Mobile Global: Android / data / com.tencent.ig / files / UE4GAME / ShadowTrackerExtra / ShadowTrackerExtra / Config / “Paste Here”

For PUBG Mobile Korea/Japan: Android / data / com.pubg.krmobile / files / UE4GAME / ShadowTrackerExtra / ShadowTrackerExtra / Config / “Paste Here”

For PUBG Mobile Vietnam: Android / data / com.vng.pubgmobile / files / UE4GAME / ShadowTrackerExtra / ShadowTrackerExtra / Config / “Paste Here”

For PUBG Mobile Taiwan: Android / data / com.rekoo.pubgm / files / UE4GAME / ShadowTrackerExtra / ShadowTrackerExtra / Config / “Paste Here”

List Function of Resolution in PUBG Mobile

So, if you already have  “UserEngine.ini”, you don’t need to replace it, just edit it to add a string text to change the resolution for PUBG mobile. Just follow the step below!

Look at the resolution list below, just copy it or DOWNLOAD the LIST of RESOLUTION.

  • Open “UserEngine.ini” above with any text editor/viewer
  • COPY one of the function above depends on what resolution you wanna use!
  • Now just open the “UserEngine.ini” in “Android / data / com.tencent.ig / files / UE4GAME / ShadowTrackerExtra / ShadowTrackerExtra / Config / “

  1. Sup dude, its not working for me
    i play on Galaxy tab s7 plus, after androiod 11 update, GFTX tool is not working.
    And this metod its not working for me.

    1. Hi, yep you can’t. Android 11 is really f*k up. You can’t view/edit files inside Android folder. I have tried to access the Android folder through a application called “root Explorer” and it work.
